We offer a few different options. Coverage for the unit while you rent it, is currently provided by Outdoorsy. You will selected a coverage package during check out. See https://oighelpcenter.zendesk.com/hc/en-us for more information on coverage. We offer roadside assistance through the same. Additionally, we also offer trip insurance through IMG Global to give you peace of mind if you need to cancel your trip.

When booking, there is a 48 hour grace period. If canceled 30 days prior, you will receive a full refund. If canceled 15-29 days out, you will receive a 50% refund. If canceled 14 days prior, there is no refund offered, but you can purchase trip insurance and seek reimbursement through our partners at IMG Global.

We allow dogs in SOME of our units. There is no extra fee if bringing a dog, however a extra dog-related cleaning fee may apply if needed.

We can add a bike rake to your rental for an additional fee or you may supply your own for your trip.

You will be allotted 200 miles per each paid night. Example: A 5 day, 4 night trip will allow you to drive 800 miles. Anything over 800 miles will be billed at .35 cents per mile.

Some of our RV units have generators. You will get 4 hours of usage per paid night. Example: A 5 day, 4 night trip will give you 16 hours worth of generator usage during your trip. Any usage over 16 hours will be billed at $4.00 per hour.
