What’s Included in Your Rental
Every rental includes the essentials you need for a smooth trip:
Propane
(WE RECOMMEND BUYING A 16OZ GREEN COLEMAN PROPANE TANK, SHOP HERE)

Dumping Fee | This is an optional fee you can add if you do not want to dump the gray and black tanks after your trip. This fee will be added if the RV is returned with anything other than empty tanks unless otherwise agreed upon. | $150 |
Excessive Post Trip Cleaning Fee | This fee will be added if the RV is returned in any other condition than how it was provided to you for your trip. This does not include pet-related cleaning. | $150 |
Pet Cleaning Fee | Dog(s) are allowed and free of charge in some of our units (pre-approval required). This fee will be applied if needed due to pet-related cleaning/repairs. | $150 |
Fuel Tank Refill | This additional fee will be applied if the drivable RV is not returned with a full tank of gas. The fee is $150.00. Additionally, the price of fuel needed to fill the gas tank will be deducted from your security deposit. | $150 |
Late Pick Up Fee | This fee will be added if you are late to pick up the RV beyond 1 hour past the scheduled pick up time. Every hour late beyond scheduled pick up time this $150 fee will apply. | $150 |
Late Return Fee | This fee will be added if you are late to return the RV beyond 1 hour past the scheduled return time. Every hour late beyond scheduled return time this $150 fee will apply. | $150 |
Winter Rental Fee | Fee to de-winterize the RV for rentals picked up between November 1st - March 15th. | $150 |
Unlimited Generator | Unlimited Generator Use | $20/day |
Grill & Utensils | RV will come with a propane grill and utensils for your trip. Renter must provide their own propane. | $20 |
Bike Rack | The RV Rental Factory will provide a bike rack for your trip which will be installed to the hitch. | $10 |
Pickup | This fee is if you would like The RV Rental Factory to pickup the unit from your location | $500 |
After Hours Key Drop Fee | This fee is for if you wish to drop off the unit after normal business hours, Mon - Sat 8am - 4 pm. This must be approved by The RV Rental Factory. | $150 |
Delivery | This fee is if you would like The RV Rental Factory to deliver the unit from your location | $500 |
Generator Rental | Gas powered generator rental. | $100 |
Windshield Protection | This fee covers any additional cost for replacement of a cracked windshield during the rental. | $20/day |
Pickup/RETURN & DELIVERY Policy
RVs can be picked up for the start of your reservation based on your scheduled appointment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please remember we will conduct an orientation with you that may take 30-60 minutes.
RVs shall be returned no later than 4pm on the last day of your reservation, unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns after 4pm are subject to a late fee or extra night fee.
We offer delivery starting at $500 and pick up for an additional $500. Must request separately via email or phone call and is subject to availability.
Pickup and return will be at our Lakemoor location, unless otherwise agreed upon.
